After the FaxFinder has been chosen as the target printer, a ‘Properties/Preferences’ screen can be
accessed by clicking on either “Properties” or “Preferences” on the Print dialog box (for most
application programs, it’s a “Properties” button; for a few, it’s a “Preferences” button). Then a screen
labeled either
MULTI-TECH FAXFINDER Properties or Printing Preferences screen will appear
and its “Device Settings” tab will be shown.
We strongly advise you not to change any parameters on the Device Settings tab. If you have
changed any parameters, click on the “Restore defaults” button to reset the parameters. Also, none
of the parameters on the Profile Manager tab should be altered.
DO NOT CHANGE ANY “Device Settings” or “Profile Manager” parameters.
